Current property taxes may be paid online through BS&A or at participating Citizens National Bank branches.

Zoning Permits
A zoning permit may be required before erecting or altering a structure, upgrading a driveway, or beginning certain land-use projects.
Apply before beginning work to avoid violations, delays, or penalties.
Visiting the Township Office
The Township Message Board is located outside in front of Township Hall near the main entrance. Announcements may also be placed on the Township Office door.
A secure drop box is located near the office entrance for documents and payments. Township secretaries are generally available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Office availability may change during holidays, meetings, elections, or other Township events.

Welcome to Pleasant View Township
Pleasant View Township is located in the central portion of Emmet County in northwest Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. The Township comprises approximately 35.7 square miles of Emmet County’s 468 square miles.
Harbor Springs and Petoskey are approximately seven and ten miles south of the Township. Alanson is located to the southeast, while Pellston is located toward the northeast.
Air travel to and from the area is available through Pellston Regional Airport and Harbor Springs Municipal Airport.
